📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before shipment. Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Times

• USA: 3–8 business days after fulfillment

• UK & Europe: 5–10 business days after fulfillment

• Rest of the World: 10–20 business days after fulfillment

Please note: These are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs, or delays outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We currently accept PayPal only.

All transactions are processed securely via Wix Payments through PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance, linked debit/credit cards, or bank account via PayPal for safe and secure payment.

Your financial details are never stored on our servers and are encrypted through PayPal’s secure payment system.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

Each product is custom-made just for you. We do not hold inventory, so all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, your order number, and a description of the problem. We will work with Printful to provide a replacement at no extra cost.

We respect your privacy. Your personal information (name, address, email, etc.) is collected only to process your order and will never be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third parties outside of Printful and Wix unless required by law.
